Jill DePompei-Morales, MA, CDCP
I’ve always been drawn to the study of the human condition; how people think, feel, and perform under pressure. With an advanced degree in Psychology and certifications in Deep Coaching and Organization Design, I work comfortably across individuals, teams, and complex systems.
My life and career have been shaped by sport and leadership. Athletes and executives share a common wiring: intense focus, high standards, and a deep desire to perform at their best. That makes them ideal partners for the kind of deep, integrative work I do; work that aligns head, heart, and body to unlock sustainable performance.
Over the past 20+ years, my experience has ranged from coaching Division II collegiate men’s basketball to developing corporate teams, helping people move from surviving to truly thriving.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll find me on horseback, on the golf course or tennis court, or engaged in my own ongoing practice of self-discovery.

As a Senior at the University of Michigan, I haven’t been exposed to the professional world to it’s fullest extent, but in my various experiences I’ve grown to appreciate thoughtful and impactful leaders. I love helping people find their inner leaders and contribute to any group or organization they may be a part of. Everyone has the skills to do anything they want and my goal is to get them to a place where they never doubt themselves and what they stand for.
