How long does coaching last? The individual sessions can range anywhere between 20 to 60 minutes in length and the duration of the coaching is usually around 3-6 months. However, some coaching engagements could extend to pre & post-season (depending upon the agreement). Team sessions vary in length based upon desired objectives.
